When you submit a business financing or financial inquiry through Capital Alliance (capitalalliance.us), we collect the contact and business operating information you provide (such as business name, contact name, telephone number, email address, requested funding range, monthly revenue range, and use of funds) along with technical session metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, and UTM attribution parameters).
2. How We Use & Share Your Information
We use your information to evaluate and route your request to participating lenders, commercial funding desks, and financial resolution partners listed in our Marketing Partners directory, to communicate with you regarding your request, and to maintain compliance records.
3. Security & Minimal Data Collection
Our initial web intake form uses 256-bit TLS encryption and does not request bank login credentials or full Social Security Numbers. If you proceed with a participating provider, that provider's own privacy notice and security controls govern any supplemental documentation you submit.
4. Your Privacy & Opt-Out Choices
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, opt out of email communications via the unsubscribe link, or call (877) 678-2092 to request suppression.
